Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually packaged and shipped within one business day after they are processed online or taken over the phone. Orders placed by 3:00 P.M. PST on business days will usually be shipped the same business day. TABER does not ship on weekends and US federal holidays. Our typical shipping methods are USPS for packages under one pound, and UPS for packages over one pound. Each shipping method provides a unique tracking number for the customer when the order is shipped.
Typical shipping and handling times for domestic orders are 3 - 5 business days
Shipping and handling times for international orders vary by location. A delay in package delivery due to customs processing may occur depending on your location. As a result, please allow 10-25 days for your package to be delivered. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them.
Returns & Replacements
All returns must be authorized. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Items must have a been given a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Items returned to us must be sent freight pre-paid and insured. Defective product may be returned for warranty repair/exchange to us within five (5) days of the shipment receipt date. After five (5) days, returns will be handled by direct contact and in accordance with the warranty terms of the item's manufacturer. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, inappropriate use, etc., will be non refundable.
Non-Defective new product will be authorized for return within thirty (30) days of the shipment date if the product is still in new, in re-sellable condition with the original manual(s), accessories, packing material and carton. A restocking fee of 25% of purchase price will apply. Special orders are non-returnable.
We reserve the right to reject returns in which there is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage or visible signs of usage of the item. International Customers must ship any returns to us freight and duty prepaid. Return freight charges for International shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.
